Hallomas Hybrid Postcards ~ The slide show above features my whimsical Halloween Christmas hybrid postcard art. I started doing my "13 Days of Hallomas" postcard series in 2007 and it was very well received. I usually begin the series a week or two after Halloween, and each year consists of thirteen new original designs leading up until Christmas. 2007 and 2008 Hallomas postcards were predominantly black and white inked designs. I originally felt that the stark quality of black and white lent a wintry feel to the cards. I've experimented with different color ink designs in 2009 and will continue the tradition in 2010!
